I’m a tech journalist from Tallinn, Estonia, focused on digital privacy, security, and internet freedom. I hold a BA in Journalism (University of Tartu) and an MSc in Cybersecurity (Tallinn University of Technology). After traveling in China, I experienced censorship and geo-blocks first-hand — that motivated me to build this site and test VPNs the way people actually use them.

Privacy: DNS/WebRTC leak checks, Kill Switch behavior, “no-logs” claims.
Security & features: encryption, protocols, split tunneling, cross-platform support.
Travel & networks: hotels, airports, mobile networks; “hostile” or restrictive setups.

Environments: home gigabit + LTE/5G, Windows/macOS, iOS/Android, Smart TV/TV boxes, plus cloud locations to validate geo-content.

Methodology note: Each review includes test dates, app versions, average/peak speeds, time-to-connect, session stability (30–60 min), and error rates.
